REDEMPTION
What points can currently unlock
- Paid fiction chapters or membership reading access. The exact points cost is shown on the relevant content page before you confirm redemption.
- Paid software downloads or digital products only when their product page explicitly says “Station Points supported.” Unmarked software is not included.
- Every redemption shows the points cost and access granted before the balance is deducted.
TERMS
Purchase and account rules
- Station Points are closed-loop digital access units. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, transferable stored value, or an investment, and cannot be withdrawn, resold, or moved between accounts.
- Purchased points do not expire while the account remains available. Points and redeemed access may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, or legal compliance.
- Contact support to request a refund for unused points. Eligibility follows applicable law and the checkout provider policy. Redeemed or partially used digital rights are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
- Taxes, available payment methods, and the final amount are displayed before payment. Points are credited to the Station Cat member account used at checkout.
