This privacy policy applies to SnapCopy by Station Cat, including the product website, waitlist, support pages, and future app experience.
Photo handling
SnapCopy is being built around an on-device first direction. Current expected behavior is to process everyday caption generation locally where possible. Before App Store submission, verify whether photos are uploaded, stored, cached, or deleted in the actual app.
AI processing
The app is designed to use Apple on-device AI where available. If future cloud-enhanced features are added, the app should explain when a photo, prompt, or generated context may be sent outside the device.
Feedback and personalization
Ratings, copied captions, shared captions, saved captions, and style preferences may be used to improve the user’s own caption experience and product quality.
Analytics

Waitlist data
Waitlist forms may be processed by Tally or a similar form tool. Email addresses are used for TestFlight updates, App Store launch notices, feature updates, and Android availability.
