SnapCopy Privacy Policy
Introduction
This privacy policy applies to SnapCopy by Station Cat, including the app, product website, update lists, and support pages.
Photo handling
SnapCopy prioritizes on-device processing for everyday caption generation. When you choose cloud enhancement, a compressed image is uploaded to understand the scene and generate results. Original photos are not stored.
AI processing
The app is designed to use Apple on-device AI where available. Cloud enhancement is an optional feature that sends a compressed image and related context for generation.
Feedback and personalization
Ratings, copied captions, shared captions, saved captions, and style preferences may be used to improve the user’s own caption experience and product quality.
Analytics
This page does not currently describe separate in-app analytics collection. If analytics are added, this policy will list what is collected and why.
Update list data
Update list forms are processed by Station Cat through Cloudflare Workers and D1. Email addresses are used for product updates and Android availability notices.
Third-party embedded content
This website may include embedded content from X, such as posts, videos, images, or timelines. Embedded content from X behaves as if the visitor has visited X directly. X may collect data, use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies according to its own policies. Visitors can open the original post on X to interact with the content.
Children
SnapCopy is not intended for children under the applicable minimum age in their region.
